All Segway leasing options come standard with a maintenance contract. The maintenance contract includes the following:
- 24 Hour emergency help line.

- Monthly scheduled inspections. This includes a monthly service, cleaning and inspection report sheet.

- Spot checks on customer Segway management and maintenance.
|
- Free monthly rider training. This includes Rider Certification.
|
- Onsite repair and maintenance (if possible). Parts eroded by wear and tear such as tires and tubes are not included in the maintenance program. Puncture resistant wheel slime included.

- Loan unit (if repairs cannot be done in 2 business days and damage not caused through negligence).

- The unit comes standard with:
